The Mahogany Wood set is a family of wooden blocks and items that comes from two mods. Biomes O' Plenty adds one of its 13 wood sets, with logs, planks, stairs, slabs, doors, signs, boats, a sapling and a tree. Hexerei adds a second, separate mahogany set alongside its Willow and Witch Hazel Wood sets. Hexerei's set also supplies the Mahogany Log used in its Mahogany Broom recipe. Both sets are named "Mahogany", and both are placed into the vanilla wood tags (planks, logs, signs, boats and chests). Recipes that accept any planks or logs therefore accept either set.
The tables below list every block and item in both sets.
Obtaining
Natural generation
BOP's Mahogany Tree has a single variant, with a trunk, four side branches and a leaf canopy. Its height is randomised between the tree's configured minimum and maximum. It grows from the BOP Mahogany Sapling, and it appears in two BOP vegetation sets:
- In the rainforest tree set, it is the fallback choice. The jungle tree is chosen with a weight of 0.1, and the mahogany tree fills the rest.
- In the rainforest cliffs tree set, it is chosen with a weight of 0.05. Otherwise the set falls back to the oak bush.
Hexerei adds its Mahogany Tree to the minecraft:jungle and minecraft:bamboo_jungle biomes through its hexerei:vegetal feature.

Usage
Building
Both sets are complete building sets: planks, stairs, slabs, fences, fence gates, doors, trapdoors, pressure plates and buttons. Hexerei's set also has connected, pillar and layered "polished" variants, waxed variants, a woodcutter, a Herb Drying Rack and a window pane. The BOP planks, logs, stairs and slabs are flammable. The BOP door and trapdoor have a hardness of 3, while Hexerei's door has a hardness of 2.
Brooms
The Mahogany Broom is a rideable broom with a speed multiplier of 0.8. The Willow Broom has 0.4 and the Witch Hazel Broom has 0.6. Brushes modify this speed. The Thruster Brush adds 1.5. The Moon Dust Brush adds 1.0 during the time-of-day window from 0.25 to 0.75 when the moon is full, and 0.25 otherwise. The Broom Whistle recalls a bound broom. Brooms can carry owls, crows and cats.
The Mahogany Broom is crafted at the Mixing Cauldron from two Mahogany Logs, one Netherite Ingot, two Bottles of Blood, two Wheat, one Mandrake Root and 1000 mB of water.
