Sandwiches, Wraps and Rolls are a group of handheld foods added by Farmer's Delight. The group has eleven items: five sandwiches and wraps (Egg Sandwich, Chicken Sandwich, Hamburger, Bacon Sandwich and Mutton Wrap), three rolls (Salmon Roll, Cod Roll and Kelp Roll), Kelp Roll Slice, Barbecue on a Stick and Dumplings. The sandwiches and wraps are crafted from bread and cooked fillings. The rolls are built around cooked rice, and the Kelp Roll can be cut into slices. Barbecue on a Stick is a crafted skewer, and Dumplings are cooked in a Cooking Pot.

All eleven items stack to 64 and carry the farmersdelight:snacks and c:foods item tags.

Every sandwich and wrap takes bread (or one of two alternatives) and a cooked filling. The Egg Sandwich uses two fried eggs. The Chicken Sandwich, Hamburger, Bacon Sandwich and Mutton Wrap also take a Cerebrage item (or one of two alternatives), with the Chicken Sandwich adding a carrot and the Hamburger adding a beef patty, tomato and onion. Cerebrage is added by Jaden's Nether Expansion, not by Farmer's Delight.

The Salmon Roll and Cod Roll each take two raw fish slices and one cooked rice and make two rolls. The Kelp Roll takes two cooked rice, a carrot (or one of five alternatives) and three dried kelp, and makes one roll.

Cooking Pot

Dumplings are cooked in the Cooking Pot. The recipe takes one wheat dough, one Cabbage (or one alternative), one Onion and one raw chicken (or one of six alternatives), and yields two dumplings. The Cooking Pot must sit on a heat source to cook, and the recipe awards 1 experience.

Cutting Board

Kelp Roll Slice is made by cutting a Kelp Roll on a cutting board with a knife. One Kelp Roll yields three slices.

Ingredients from villages and the wild

The vegetables used in these recipes come mainly from farming. Farmer villagers in the novice and apprentice tiers sell ingredients for emeralds: novice farmers buy onions and tomatoes at one emerald each, and apprentice farmers buy cabbages and rice. The Wandering Trader sells cabbage seeds, tomato seeds, rice and onion at one emerald per item.

Farmer's Delight also changes village farms. In the plains, savanna, snowy, taiga and desert farm templates, each wheat block has a 30% chance to become a cabbage, tomato or onion, depending on biome.

Wild crop patches spawn in the overworld and give the same ingredients without a village. Wild Cabbage appears on beaches, Wild Onion and Wild Carrot in mid-temperature biomes, Wild Tomato in hot biomes that are not wet, and Wild Rice in wet biomes. Each wild crop placement has a rarity filter: Wild Cabbage is 1 in 30, Wild Rice is 1 in 20, Wild Tomato is 1 in 100, and Wild Onion and Wild Carrot are 1 in 120.

Usage

None of these items grants the Nourishment effect. Most Farmer's Delight meals stop hunger from draining while Nourishment is active, but these foods only restore hunger and saturation. Their values are listed in the table below.

The Kelp Roll takes 2.4 seconds to eat, longer than standard food. The Kelp Roll Slice is set to eat fast.
