The Music Discs are the jukebox records added by the mods in Fear Nightfall. Eight mods add 12 disc items between them, and the pack also adds a Disc Fragment used to craft one of them. Each disc is a single jukebox track: placing it in a jukebox plays that track. Discs are Rare (where the mod assigns that rarity) and do not stack. Most of the discs are found in horror structures, such as the Dark Tower, Crypt, Catacombs, Citadel, Chapel and Sanctum, Sleepy Hollows Cemetery and Clown Caravan, so a player who explores these structures will collect most of them.
Obtaining
Discs come from structure chest loot, mob drops, crafting and blood pools. The generated tables below give the exact chance per chest or per kill for each disc.
Crafting
The Music Disc - The Flame Still Burns from Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks is the only disc crafted from a recipe in the pack. It takes eight Disc Fragments and a Pyrium Ingot in a crafting grid. The Disc Fragment is also found in the Citadel chests.
The Sins disc from Sons of Sins is made in a blood pool through the mod's etheric_blood_imbibation recipe type. The recipe takes any vanilla music record that falls into the pool and converts it to the Sins disc.

| Music Disc | Pumpkinhead | x1.0-1.0 |
- The Incarnated Evil disc from The Graveyard is found in the large graveyard and great crypt loot tables.
- The Anluka - Doors disc from Born in Chaos is found in the chests of the Dark Tower variants and the Firewell structure.
- The Cracked Music Disc (Buckshot Wonderland) from Jaden's Nether Expansion is found only in the brazier chests of the Sanctum structure, in both hidden and exposed variants.
- The Elias Thornwick - Into the Hollows disc from Sleepy Hollows is found in the coffin chests of the Sleepy Hollows Cemetery. The mod also adds it to the vanilla
creeper_drop_music_discstag, so creepers that are killed by a skeleton can drop it. - The Anluka - Sir Pumpkinhead disc is dropped by Pumpkinhead, and it is found in the chests of the Clown Caravan structures.
- The Music Disc - Dead King Lullaby from Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks is found in the pot chests of the Catacombs.
Usage
A music disc has no effect other than its music. Placing a disc in a jukebox plays its track, and the disc stays in the jukebox until it is removed. Each mod registers its discs as jukebox songs, so the tracks are separate for each disc.
Several mods add their discs to the vanilla minecraft:music_discs tag. The tag includes the Biomes O' Plenty Wanderer disc, the Supplementaries Heave Ho disc, the Sons of Sins disc and the Incarnated Evil disc. Any mod that reads this tag will treat these discs as records.
Jaden's Nether Expansion registers the vanilla minecraft:music_disc_tears item if no other mod has already added it, and replaces the Tears jukebox song with its own definition. Another mod that registers the same vanilla id may conflict with it, depending on load order.
