The Hollow Wood is a log-type block added by the Sleepy Hollows mod. It is crafted from four Hollow Logs, and it is the wood form of the mod's trunk block. Hollow Wood has a hardness of 2 and a blast resistance of 2, and it is mined with an axe. It is flammable and is listed in the vanilla logs and logs_that_burn tags.
Hollow Wood is tied to the pack's horror theme. Its trees grow in the Sleepy Hollows biome, which Fear Nightfall weights at 6× so that it is found more often than most biomes.
Obtaining
Hollow Wood does not generate in the world. The biome's trees use Hollow Log for their trunks, and the fallen hollow tree uses it too. Breaking a Hollow Log drops the log itself, so the wood must be made by crafting. The trees are found only in the Sleepy Hollows biome, which generates as a sub-biome of Taiga, Old Growth Pine Taiga, Old Growth Spruce Taiga, Dark Forest and Forest.

Hollow Wood does not appear in the chest loot of the Sleepy Hollows Cemetery, whose coffin chests hold Hollow Planks and Hollow Saplings instead.
Usage
Hollow Wood is a pillar block with three orientations (x, y and z). It can be placed on its side or upright, as with a vanilla log.
Stripping
Right-clicking Hollow Wood with an axe turns it into Stripped Hollow Wood. The stripped block has the same hardness, blast resistance and tool requirement as the unstripped block.
Fire
The mod registers Hollow Wood and Stripped Hollow Wood as flammable, along with its logs, Hollow Planks and the planks-based blocks. Fire can spread to them.
Tags and other mods
Because Hollow Wood is in the vanilla logs tag, any recipe, tool or mod that uses #minecraft:logs also accepts it. Wood-harvesting mods and recipes that accept any log will treat Hollow Wood as ordinary wood.
Sanity
The Sleepy Hollows biome drains the Sanity meter of players in survival mode. Inside the biome, Sanity falls by 1 every 5 seconds by day and by 2 every 5 seconds at night. The drain stops within 4 blocks horizontally, and within 2 blocks below to 3 blocks above, of a sanity light such as a Spectral Lantern. Gathering a stack of Hollow Logs in the biome at night therefore costs noticeably more Sanity than doing it by day, so plan the trip around a sanity light.
